How to use CHARMS

  1. Look for a link from CharmsEmailSender@charmsmusic.com (check spam).

  2. You will see a link to reset the password. This will be valid for 24 hours. If you miss the 24-hour window, email Ms. Norwood at kmnorwood@prosper-isd.net. 

  3. Once you create your new password, you’ll be asked to Enter Charms. Click the “Parents/Students/Members” Tab. Enter the school code “RushingMSBand”

  4. Enter your new password, and you should have access to Charms.
